PostHeaderIcon Mountain Dessert Table

We loved working with Sue, the bride, she wanted to create something fun for her guests and she trusted us with a great selections of desserts. Always a pleasure to work at Devil's Thumb Ranch with Rami from Pick me Events and CR and Tiffany from Brinton Studios.

Our client's favorite is dark chocolate and we had these flourless chocolate mini cakes with raspberries and raspberry cream

The mini tartlets Key lime, Apple and Peach-blueberry were super yummy and refreshing and the chocolate ones were very dark and decadent

We also loved these little mousse shot glasses: Vanilla bean with caramel and Chocolate trio Mousses and a Vanilla bean Pannacotta with Champagne and Framboise Gelee

Here is to continue on our crazy Labor day weekend

This has to be one of the prettiest weddings i have seen at Devil's Thumb Ranch and all was planned and executed by the oh so talented Kara Delay from Pick me!
The bride, Frances, wanted to make sure all of the details of the wedding were cohesive from the very clean and elegant decor, the classic looking wedding cake with sugar flowers to having the amazing Hazel Miller and her band perform for her guests. Definitely a great wedding

PostHeaderIcon Vintage wedding!

This weekend we had a great time up at Devil's Thumb Ranch with the lovely ladies from Pick me! Events, creating a beautiful vintage wedding.

The bride wanted to mix all kinds of textures and colors through glass vases. All of them were filled with a mixture of all white flowers, it was beautiful! I can't wait to see the pictures from Brinton Studios.

The couple chose a three tier white cake with a very simple design and sugar flowers, plus 2 small vintage-like cakes for each one of them. Flavors were Chocolate-hazelnut, lemon-raspberry and Pistachio lovers. The bride's little cake was peanut butter-chocolate and the groom's cake was red velvet.

Thank you Maggy for allowing us to be part of your beautiful wedding.

PostHeaderIcon Winter wedding

I had the pleasure of working with one of the most sweet and organized bride ever! Ashley was a delight and her main concern was to make her guest feel special.
We had sugar cookies for welcome bags in the shape of Louisiana (her home town) and California (Chad's, the groom, home town)
For the wedding a 3 tier cake with lemon-raspberry, apple-cinnamon cream, and chocolate-raspberry flavors, as well as, a "map" cake of their travels as a groom's cake.
To finish up the evening, we prepared goodie boxes for the guest to take to their room as a mid-night snack or morning pick-me up!
Thank you Ashley for having us be part of your wedding.
We also like to thank Rami and Kara from Pick me for their wonderful planning and flower designs.

PostHeaderIcon Colorado mountain wedding cakes

These were a great treat for the guests, the bride decided to make individual cakes for each table and have their guest cut and enjoy them at their leisure. Vanilla cake with vanilla bean cream and toasted almond french buttercream made these cakes a leafy indulgence. Thanks to Kara from Pick me! for helping us with the logistics.

PostHeaderIcon Serenity

This cake makes me think of a very quiet night in the woods. Jodi and john picked this cake for its simple and clean look. The reception was at the Evergreen Lake house. Very serene!

PostHeaderIcon Fish and flowers!

Fish and flowers indeed. Breckie and Matt asked for their favorite hobbies, flavors and colors to be a part of their wedding. A big rainbow trout was Matt's cake (chocolate with coconut buttercream). For Breckie, lots of branches and sunflowers. The cake flavors were chocolate with truffle and cookies and cream filling, and a vanilla cake with lemon curd and Raspberry-peach jam from Ela family farms. They were a very Eco-friendly couple and for that a love them!
