PostHeaderIcon Spruce Saddle Wedding Part 2

As promised here is the continuation of the Spruce Saddle wedding: The dessert table!
Hope you enjoy!

We love all things crunchy and these two cookies Almond Florentina and Coffee cream filled Lace cookie roll are no exception

Hazelnut-chocolate tartlets with Caramelized Hazelnut drop and a Macaron and cream puff cone

The mini cupcake offerings were Tangy lemon, Red velvet, Caramel-vanilla and Upside-down Flourless chocolate with raspberry cream

On the soft side we had Butterscotch pudding, Chocolate-Hazelnut mousse and Vanilla bean Sabayon

The dessert table was a super fun part of the wedding for us to put together but it wouldn't looked that good if it wasn't for Design works and their magic!

Well, this is our all time favorite wedding and favorite bride. We had a 6 month preparation for this event packed with numerous tasting to select just the right desserts for the couple and their guests and it was a fun and educating experience.
Our lovely bride is a HUGE marzipan lover, i don't think i have ever met anyone in the States who loves it as much and we made sure to make her happy by making her fresh marzipan for all of the different desserts and cake.
Some of the most exciting confections we made were Swedish, like the Dammsugare which is the grandfather of the now popular cake pop, covered in marzipan and dipped in chocolate or the Chokladbiskvi a cookie like macaroon topped with chocolate buttercream and dipped and chocolate -Yum!

To continue on the marzipan theme we made some guests welcome bags with Dammsugare and marzipan balls some dusted with cinnamon sugar and some coated in chocolate.

As well as, Marzipan stuffed figs

Here is a sneak peak of the Dessert table and the amazing decor used by Design Works

This wedding was a very intimate family-oriented celebration. Katie, the bride, wanted her guest to feel welcomed and loved.
The lovely Pick me ladies provided the floral decor and the Day of coordination and Devil's Thumb Ranch was as beautiful and great to work at as always.

Whew! I finally have some time to sit down to write some and share pictures with you.
Of course half the time we forgot to bring the camera and still have to wait to get some pictures from the photographers. For now here are a couple we got to snap!
The cake above was one of our favorites especially because of the flavors. We were inspired by the bride and groom's taste - S'mores for the bride with homemade everything and Tiramisu for the groom and his Italian family
Will be back with a 3 part post from another amazing wedding!
